1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Masaya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Masaya provides an AI-powered guest concierge service for short-term rental hosts. The service includes automated WhatsApp messaging, guest inquiry handling, escalation management, and revenue optimization through guest upsells.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate property information, maintaining your account credentials, and ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding short-term rentals and guest communications.
4. AI Limitations
The AI concierge provides automated responses based on property information you supply. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally provide incorrect information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information shared with guests. Emergency situations are escalated to you directly.
5. Payment and Commission
Masaya operates on a commission model. There is no monthly platform fee. Masaya retains a percentage of revenue generated through guest upsells. You keep the majority of upsell revenue. Specific commission rates are detailed in your account agreement.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your AI concierge will stop responding to guest messages. Conversation history will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Masaya is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the AI concierge, including but not limited to guest dissatisfaction, missed messages, or incorrect information provided by the AI.
