Masaya collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and property details when you create an account. We also collect conversation data between your AI concierge and your guests to provide and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Masaya concierge service, respond to guest inquiries on your behalf, send escalation notifications, and improve our AI responses. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Conversation histories are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted upon account closure. We use PostgreSQL databases with encrypted connections.

4. Third-Party Services

We use WhatsApp (via WATI or Meta Cloud API) to deliver messages to guests, OpenAI for AI-powered responses, and Stripe for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@masaya.ai. You may also export your data or close your account through the dashboard settings.
